Duties/Responsibilities :
- Work involves the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of HCM Cloud Technology. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring others.
- Review business requirement documents and translate into technical specifications. Act as the go-to resource to configure and deploy various HCM configuration changes, interfaces using OIC middleware and reports using BI Publisher, and OTBI.
- Provide support for all integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and external platforms. Lead design and code reviews, as well as architecture discussions by directly interacting with internal business users, as needed, and managing user expectations.
- Utilize knowledge in OIC, SOAP, REST API, SQL Plus and or PL/SQL. Analyse and troubleshoot problems, utilizing team member’s feedback, with high levels of transparency and respect, when making decisions and make recommendations for remediation.
- Assist and provide support with cross-functional teams to implement realistic solutions that align with business expectations. Recommend best practices in leveraging Oracle Fusion HCM technology to meet day-to-day business needs as well as scaling and automating for volume and growth. 2 / 3
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with customers and ideally extensive consultancy experience
- Strong knowledge of Cloud HCM extract features, Cloud HCM security features, Proficiency in writing fast formula, Proficiency in preparing HDL files and data loads, Workflows and personalization’s
- Quarterly Patch analysis and regression testing on both functional and technical aspects
- Strong Project Management skills – Allocation of pending tasks to tech resources, prepare project timelines for enhancement projects, Run HRIT project status meetings
- Design, build, implement, deploy and test OIC integrations and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals
- Expertise in various integration design patterns (App Driven, Scheduled, File transfer, Publish, and Subscriber)
- Collaborate with architects and development teams, design and implement integrations according to architectural vision and follow implementation guidelines
- Design and develop APIs for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Expertise in building, error handling, auditing, scheduling, deployment, monitoring/alert integrations in OIC/ICS, and support end-to-end testing of integrations
- Thorough knowledge of Mapping, Lookups, Connections, XSLT, Agents, Packages, and other features of OIC
- Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems
Mandatory Qualifications
- A successful track record working with Oracle Cloud HCM Applications and technology in a Solution Architect role.
- 8+ years of experience in all phases of implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM using offerings like Workforce Deployment (Global HR), Workforce Development (Talent Management, Performance Management, and Goal Management) and Compensation Management (Compensation and Benefits)
- End-to-end Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) implementation experience with at least 1 or 2 end-to-end Oracle SaaS/PaaS/IaaS implementation projects
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS/HCM/Payroll integrations
- Ability to leverage pre-built integrations, cloud adapters, connections, SaaS applications, etc. in the solution
- Experience in OIC platform and other integration components in OCI such as MFT, JCS, Visual Builder Studio and DBCS, and others
- Expertise with OIC, REST, API, SOAP, PL, SQL, and the use of Oracle Cloud-delivered Web Services
- Strong experience integrating Oracle SaaS components using OIC
- Experience with FMW Technology Adapters - DB adapter, JMS adapter, File/FTP adapter
- knowledge of OIC in-build cloud adapters (REST, SOAP, FTP, HCM, Workday, ERP, ATP)
- Excellent debugging skills
- Superior project management skills
- Experience with Oracle Data Integrator is a plus
- Successfully completed and/or involved in at least three full life
- cycle Oracle Fusion HCM CORE HR, PM, and COMP implementations
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work
- Experience. Master's degree in human resource management, MIS, computer science or related degree preferred.
- At least 8 years related experience required.
- Leading HCM Core HR, PM and Compensation implementations preferred.
- Oracle HCM Implementation certifications preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP®) credential preferred
