The key job responsibilities :
- 3+ years of QA experience & supporting HR applications.
- Developing, maintaining, executing, and troubleshooting test plans for custom HR applications.
- Understand the relationship between business process details and the connection to other teams, systems, and processes.
- Designing and executing test plans focused on user experience.
- Collaborate in solution design.
- Support successful on-time & high quality delivery
The key skills required :
- Testing of any custom code changes/enhancements.
- Testing of any specific system change requests.
- Testing support for any required technical upgrades, patches, certificate updates, etc.
- Support over 80 small to large scale PL/SQL & .NET custom applications.
- Support over 40 single sign on (SSO) objects.
- Support over 20 integration PL/SQL feeds to downstream systems.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to new onboard team members on CLIENT environment (Jira, ALM, custom applications, etc.).
- Work closely with business subject matter experts to ensure requirements are successfully met & any/all test cases have been tested to their satisfaction.
- Develop ALM test plans meeting both technical and business validation requirements.
- Facilitate/support automated testing where applicable. Record results in ALM, and create defects where applicable. Chase down closure on defects & provide clarity to development team when needed.
- Coding Languages: .NET, C#, &PL/SQL Developer.
- Project Management Tool: ALM, Jira.
- Query tools: SQL query (should be good in basic Query writing), Toad and SQL developer.
- Automation: Selenium, UFT, Load runner, Automation scripts writing
